Graduated

My name is Osei Nyarko Samuel. I am currently a final year student at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) reading BSc. Physics. I have the desire to learn, grow, and achieve my goals. I always want to do better and never settle for being average. I know how to take control of any situation and I am not afraid of making mistakes because it gives me a chance to learn from these mistakes so that next time around, I can make better decisions for myself. I have a strong work ethic that drives me towards success. In the years ahead, I want to become one of the world’s renowned medical physicists. Currently, I am undertaking two projects in which one is a form project aimed to help improve the general well-being of health workers, patients and the general public from harmful radiations at the radiological department in the hospital. As a medical physics student, I am using the knowledge I have acquired so far to calculate how radiological departments in the various hospitals in the country should be structured and shielded in order to protect patients, health workers and the general public from harmful radiations such as x-ray and gamma-ray that are used for treatment in the various hospitals. All these have been made possible by Eleos Cares Foundation. Eleos Cares Foundation scholarship has actually had a positive impact on my life and my family at large. The Scholarship has provided full financial support for me for about three years now. This has helped me to obtain the education I may not have had access to otherwise. It has reduced the pressure on my parents. The Scholarship covers my tuition, accommodation, and allowance for the full academic year. Finally, I am sincerely honoured to be a beneficiary of the Eleos Cares Foundation scholarship. I say God bless all the board members of the foundation for their tremendous impact on my life. Thank you
